Nella Veldran

Nella Veldran’s sales and management experience spans over 30 years. Before getting into the real estate industry, she worked as a Publisher, SVP and Group Marketing Director for a few prominent publishing houses including McGraw Hill, Nielsen Business and Dun & Bradstreet.

As a Realtor, Nella knows that how well she does her job directly affects her client’s futures. She is known for her wealth of knowledge, thoughtfulness, and ‘get it done’ approach. Nearly all her business comes from clients she has helped in the past, or those who have been referred to her. A dedicated mentor to others in the sales industry, she is known as the woman that gets things done. Nella jokes that she can get more done in a day than most can in a week. She always says, “If you want things done, ask a busy person to do it”. Whether renting a townhouse or buying a mansion, Nella can help you price property, negotiate deals, qualify buyers, run credit checks, acquire financing, pass boards, find contractors, and more.

Nella is bilingual (in Italian) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications & English with a minor in Journalism from Montclair State University.

Nella enjoys cooking, visiting the beaches of the Outer Banks, traveling and writing. Nella lives in Franklin Lakes with her husband and two children.
