Clarice’s professional experience with Fortune 500 financial service companies in project and information management, business strategy and analysis, brings a high level of expertise to assessing property values, market trends, and bringing transactions to a close in a timely manner. She is adept at working with diverse clientele including seniors, divorcees, first-time buyers, landlords, investors, and home owners upsizing or downsizing.

Areas of Expertise

Market Analysis, Pricing, and Negotiating – I adopt a methodological approach to determine fair market value, resulting in win-win negotiations. Called on by internal corporate relocation department to provide independent market analyses of properties with wide pricing discrepancies.

Marketing – a firm believer in presenting homes in their best possible light to attract the most number of qualified buyers. I do this by employing house staging and professional photography, maximum online exposure with multiple photos on premiere real estate and partner sites, as well as tapping into my industry network.

Relocation Sellers - relocation specialist knowledgeable about corporate home sale programs, minimizing tax exposure, maximizing price, and marketing and selling property within expected corporate marketing period.

Relationship and Transaction Management – excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, plus close attention to detail, get you to closing on time. Works closely with clients, attorneys, inspectors, lenders and colleagues, to ensure  issues are anticipated and resolved, and contract contingencies are met.

Clarice’s international background acquired through years of living in England, Germany, Ghana, and the Tri-State region, enables her to work with a diverse clientele. A long-time Bridgewater resident whose daughter has gone through the public schools, I'm able to share my practical experiences and expert knowledge of the local neighborhood and surrounding towns.

Community Involvement

Member since 2002, of Somerset County Juvenile Conference Committee, a community-based diversion arm of the Family Court. Reviews first time offender case facts, and recommend resolutions to the court, with a goal of preventing youth continuing on a delinquent path. Member of Mount Saint Mary Academy’s Mother’s Guild, and Jack and Jill of Central New Jersey
