Gina Lisa-Fernandez

Gina Lisa-Fernandez has served as a Township Committeewoman in Bedminster, NJ since 2020, giving her a strong foundation in local government, land use, zoning, and community planning. Her experience in municipal leadership provides valuable insight into the policies, budget management, and decisions that shape the local real estate market.

Prior to joining the Township Committee, Gina was deeply involved in the community, serving on local boards and organizations including President of the Bedminster School PTO. She also ran Project Graduation at Bernards High School, coached youth sports in the Somerset Hills community, and led two Girl Scout troops for over a decade—demonstrating long-standing commitment, leadership, and organizational skills. 

Gina holds a BA in Spanish and K-12 Education and two Master’s Degree in Education in both Integrated Curriculum and Educational Leadership. She works as an elementary school Spanish teacher in Union Township, where strategic planning, organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are part of her daily work. Her bilingual skills allow her to effectively serve a diverse range of clients with confidence and clarity.

Gina’s connection to real estate is both professional and hands-on. She previously co-owned a house-flipping business with her former husband, overseeing renovations, budgeting, design decisions, and resale strategy. Their work was featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovations in the episode “A Dream in Brigantine,” giving Gina firsthand experience with property transformation, value creation, and market-driven decision-making.
