Lisa Middleton graduated from the University of Richmond, BS in Business Administration and Stevens Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Management.  Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked at AT&T.

Kimberley Dabrowski graduated from Rutgers College and went on to receive her masters from Rutgers University Graduate School. Prior to becoming a realtor she worked at KPMG and Marsh & McLennan Companies.
