After 30 wonderful years in the financial services industry, I decided to pursue my other long-time interest - real estate! No longer content to simply snoop into folk's homes by attending open houses, it became clear that I had to take my passion further. Since becoming a licensed agent, I have been active in residential properties, with a focus on lake communities, 55+ senior developments, and townhouse communities. I currently live in Lake Lenape, in a home that our family built over 60 years ago from a Sears Kit. To further my commitment to lake communities in northern New Jersey, I became a member of the NJ Coalition of Lake Associations, an organization dedicated to maintaining the qualities of our lakes and protecting the rights of lake residents. In addition, I have been appointed to Andover Township's Environmental Commission.

National Association of Realtors certifications I have earned: RSPS (Resorts and Second-home Property Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I am the designated partner agent for Clove Hill Manor, a 55+ residential community in Wantage, NJ. To further aid seniors and their families, I am a partner in Tender Loving Cleanouts LLC which guides through all phases of downsizing - decluttering, property valuation - both real estate and personal - and recommending safe and appropriate relocation options.
