Elizabeth Morgan was recently Awarded the Honorable Title of REALTOR EMERITUS for celebrating her 40 years (1976-2016) as a REALTOR; Helping the People of New Jersey with their Real Estate needs. She Specializes in Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties.

She obtained her Real Estate license in 1976 and her Broker's License in 1986 which led the way for her to become the Broker Manager of Merrill Lynch Realty, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Leaders, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Associates, Broker/Owner of NJ Referral Associates LLC and currently a Broker Associate/Emeritus with Coldwell Banker Realty on the Boardwalk of Lake Mohawk in Sparta, NJ.

Chosen Sussex County's 2011 REALTOR of the YEAR by her Peers at the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, Elizabeth has Deep Respect for her Buyers and Sellers and Understands it is Ultimately the Quality of the Property and the Satisfaction of all Parties involved that make a sale Worthwhile. She not only Serves the Community, she Strives to be a Part of it, Fostering Strong Relationships with both Townspeople and other REALTORS.

Elizabeth served on various committees of the Association: the Board of Directors, the IT/MLS and Finance Committees and was one of the Trainers at New Member Orientation classes. During her 45 years as a Member of the Association of REALTORS, she also served on the Membership, Education, Public Relations, Professional Standards and Strategic Planning Committees.

Among her Awards are her 8 Professional Designations including the ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative, BPOR - Broker Price Opinion Resource, CRP - Certified Relocation Professional, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro - Internet Professional, GRI - Graduate REALTORS Institute, SFR - Short Sales Foreclosure Resource and SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist. She was also Inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX's 100% Club and EXIT Realty's $100,000 Club.

She regularly attends the Tri State REALTOR Convention in Atlantic City, is a Member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club, NJAR Quarter Century Club, NJAR Circle of Excellence, Residential Sales Council, Women's Council of REALTORS, Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and Employees Relocation Council.

Community Service and Involvement are Key factors in Judging the REALTOR of the Year. She served on Many of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Expos, Chaired the "Save the Lady Liberty Campaign" where she Collected over $2,000 towards Restoring the Statue of Liberty, Chaired the "Fly Our Flag Campaign", Chaired Food and Clothing Drives and Served Meals to Needy Residents of Sussex County during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, Built an Outdoor Railed Staircase on a Build in Newark for Habitat for Humanity, Worked Sparta Day, Worked the Realtor Golf Outing, Contributed to Children's Miracle Network and Participated in several 5K Runs Walks for different fundraisers.

She has Dedicated almost Half a Century of her Life to helping people Settle into Comfortable Surroundings and Plays an Integral Role in the Community and Shapes the Standards for her Colleagues to follow. She has Witnessed the Evolution of Suburbia as the Farmlands of Sussex County were Transformed into Housing Developments as the Baby Boomer Generation longed for Larger Backyards.
