Business Philosophy

My business philosophy is to give clients and customers the very best service and to share with them my 36 years of experience in real estate. My goal is to help you find the home that suits you best if your purchasing and when selling your home, to help you sell it in the least amount of time, for the best price and with the least amount of stress. No commission will ever be worth my integrity; and when you call me, or my husband Todd, with whom I work as a team, you will reach one of us. We handle all communications with our clients and customers ourselves. We attend to all details ourselves, never outsourcing to an assistant.

Education and Training

I have business degree from SUNY in Farmingdale, NY. I have a GRI designation, I am a certified New Homes Specialist, and specialize in transferees.
I have been active in real estate in Sparta, and all of Sussex County and Morris County since 1971. After a successful sales career, I managed the Coldwell Banker Sparta, Main and Boardwalk offices for over 20 years. As the manager, I assisted associates in thousands of transactions. I pride myself in my knowledge of the real estate industry, and the geographic areas I serve.

Community Involvement

My husband and I work as a team and have been residents of Sparta for over 40 years. We raised three children in the community and continue to be involved in local clubs and activities.
