Krista Gilchrist

Krista knows Jersey having grown up as the 5th generation in Nutley, graduated from college in Ewing, having spent summers "down the shore", worked at her father's business in Mountain Lakes, and now resides in Andover Township while also working as both a real estate agent and real estate paralegal in Sparta.

Having 10 years of specialized real estate knowledge, Krista brings ease and personalized insight to every transaction. As a real estate paralegal, she specializes in transactions involving residential and commercial real estate, business matters, and land use & zoning while as a real estate agent she specializes in residential real estate in Sussex, Morris and Essex Counties.

Krista received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey with a double major in political science and international relations. She lived in Rome, Italy for two years and received her M.A. in government and politics from St. John’s University while abroad. In her spare time, Krista enjoys being an active member of her community, birdwatching & hiking, and indulging in mindless reality TV with a glass of Chianti.
