Mary Youngblood

With more than 35 years of experience as a math teacher and a lifelong connection to Sussex County, New Jersey, I bring patience, clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and careful attention to detail to every real estate transaction.

My real estate experience began long before becoming licensed. Since 2002, I have owned and managed properties, including a shore property in Point Pleasant, a home in Newton, and my current Serenity Pond Carriage House. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into homeownership, investment properties, property management, renovation decisions, rental value, and the importance of finding a home that truly fits.

I have a special interest in historic homes, lake-style homes, farmettes, and properties with unique charm and character. I understand both the numbers and the emotional side of real estate, and I enjoy helping clients see a property’s potential while making informed, confident decisions.

I have also been actively involved in my local community, including serving as treasurer of my lake community and as a commissioner of my local water district. These roles have deepened my understanding of local neighborhoods, infrastructure, community needs, and the value of strong relationships.
