After many successful years as a senior corporate technology manager, Joe decided to translate that success from the corporate world in New York City, to start a career in real estate as a full time/full service licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker.

Joe has successfully completed numerous real estate transactions in the following areas: listings/sales, buyer controlled sales, relocations, rentals and investment purchases. Joe maintains a reputation of providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of real estate transactions. Joe and Teri service all of Morris County and major portions of Somerset, Warren and Sussex counties.

Joe is often seen participating in continuing educational courses in order to remain well informed and current with the ever changing requirements in the real estate industry. He is dedicated to making good use of cutting edge technology with his professional tool kit in providing the depth and breadth to both successfully locate and market properties for his clients.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Joe earned a BS degree in Finance from Siena College. Joe enjoys skiing, golf, walks into town, and especially playing with and enjoying his grandchildren.

Having many years in the field of new home construction, sales, marketing and design, Teri takes a consultative approach to real estate. Her business philosophy has always been one of personal service, knowledge of the market and a hands-on approach.

Teri brings a diverse, action oriented perspective and out of the box creative thinking to all of her clients. Her focused communication style is realized in her keen ability to explore, understand and relate to the needs of her clients.

Teri began her career as a licensed realtor over 30 years ago in Syracuse, New York, which also lead to her position working with a custom home builder as part of the design, sales and marketing team. Eventually locating to Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Teri continued utilizing her education in design (Syracuse University), along with her strength in sales and marketing, (advertising research at S I Newhouse School of Communications) by working with builders, architects, and home buyers.

As a full time, licensed realtor,Teri is well positioned in enabling her clients to present their homes in their best possible light for marketing their homes.

While searching for their new homes, Teri is able to help her clients envision the realistic possibilities in the marketplace.
