Shelby is one of the founders of HartmannRhodes, a middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm located in Morris County, NJ, and its charitable arm, HartmannRhodes Charities, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and 501(c)3.  Shelby is a licensed real estate broker salesperson. When Shelby is not putting together transactions or showing houses, she enjoys volunteering with the Chester Lioness Club and The Park Avenue Foundation, traveling abroad with her husband, Mark, and hosting dinner parties for family and friends. She joined The Park Avenue Foundation board in 2018.
