Alexander Custidiano

Alexander Custidiano is a dedicated NJ professional who brings over 15 years of hands-on business experience. Before entering real estate, he spent more than a decade in the interior design and furniture industry, where he advised homeowners and commercial clients on layout, materials, and design choices that enhanced both livability and long-term value. This experience gave him a strong understanding of craftsmanship, space planning, and how thoughtful design directly impacts market appeal and resale performance. His background allows him to help sellers prepare homes strategically for the market and guide buyers in seeing a property's true potential. 

Alexander is a graduate of Montclair School of Real Estate and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from William Paterson University. His background in real estate contracts, valuation, and business strategy supports a detail-oriented, well managed, approach to every transaction.

In addition to residential sales, Alexander manages his own rental property portfolio, giving him firsthand experience with real estate investing, tenant relations, property operations, and long-term asset performance. This perspective allows him to better advise both homeowners and investors on value, cash flow, and informed real estate decisions.
