Faria is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey, she started practicing real estate full time since 2014. Her top priority as a real estate salesperson is to make sure her client's needs are met. She works hard to make the buying or selling experience enjoyable, simple, and stress-free, by paying close attention to what is important to her clients in order to obtain the best results in every transaction. 

Faria is also the founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate, a privately owned real estate investment firm headquartered in New Rochelle, NY. She has transacted near 50MM Dollars of assets managing near half million SqFt of portfolio. Outside of the office, Faria is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).

When she’s not helping her customers realize their goals of owning a home, she likes to spend her time with her three daughters, get involved in the community and travel the world.
