Carla Cornick

Carla Cornick, an award-winning realtor based in South Jersey, is excited to join the Haddonfield Coldwell Banker Realty office. This move enhances the exceptional value she provides to her clients. A standout performer, Carla was named the 2023 Company Rookie of the Year at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and ranked among the top 9% of realtors nationwide in 2023-2024. In her first year as a solo agent, she received the 2023 NJ Realtors’ Circle of Excellence (Bronze) award.

Born in Okinawa during her father’s military service, she grew up with a deep love for music, art, and community involvement. Facing early challenges in pursuing her artistic dreams, she went on to study music and theology, later serving as a church leader, musician, and community theater advocate. In 2013, Carla launched a handcrafted boutique, becoming a pioneer in the satin-lined hat market for Black hair care. Today, she serves on the board of the South Camden Theatre Company and as Fundraising Chair for the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, NJ, championing both the arts and community service.

As an artist, Carla channels her creativity through fiber art, painting, stage performance, and writing. Her first quilt series, Covid Quilts, debuted in 2021, and she continues to explore and exhibit her textiles, watercolors, acrylics, oils, and other mediums. In January 2024, Carla launched Be Your Own SHERO, LLC, a platform supporting women entrepreneurs’ personal and professional growth. Through events like SHERO brunches and the Rotary Club’s charitable activities, she fosters a community dedicated to authenticity and growth.

Carla’s mission is to help others realize their potential, embrace their inner SHERO, and define success on their terms. Her commitment to this mission extends beyond real estate, empowering her clients and community alike.
