Carla Cornick is an award-winning Realtor serving South Jersey and a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Realty Haddonfield office, where she has built her business on authenticity, creativity, and exceptional client service. Since transitioning to Coldwell Banker in 2024, Carla has continued to expand her reach and reputation throughout the region.

A standout performer from the beginning of her real estate career, Carla was named 2023 Company Rookie of the Year at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and ranked among the top 9% of Realtors nationwide. She has consistently earned the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Bronze Level in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Born in Okinawa during her father’s military service, Carla developed an early love for music, art, storytelling, and community. Her diverse background in ministry, entrepreneurship, the arts, and leadership allows her to connect deeply with clients from all walks of life.

Beyond real estate, Carla is a represented exhibiting artist whose work spans oils, acrylics, watercolor, fiber art, and mixed media. She serves as curator of the Waterfront South Gallery at the South Camden Theatre Company, where she helps create meaningful opportunities for artists and community engagement. In 2025, Carla added “author” to her accomplishments with the publication of her debut novel and has recently returned to the stage as a performer in community theater.
