More about Karl Kinkler
My experience and education have helped me to gain insight to the skills needed to carefully navigate a real estate transaction. The most important element of a new transaction is listening intently to my client and internalizing their needs. By doing that I know what is essential in their transaction and I am able to use my skills to make sure they become fulfilled.

Areas of Expertise
My experience, rooted in commercial and residential real estate, along with knowledge of the ethics, are important to the integrity of the profession. More than anything else, my standards are continuously reaffirmed through education and practice so that my clients and everyone associated with the transaction can be confident in my ability.
I have been in the real estate field for over 10 years. I originally partnered with a friend in the mortgage banking industry after retiring as a law enforcement executive. In my prior career, I served the City of Woodbury for 27 years, the last 6 as the Chief of Police, as well as a stint with the City as the municipal administrator. I also was the Deputy Chief of County Detectives in Gloucester County. I live in Woodbury, in a 105 year old home in the Historic District, with my family. My wife, Lynn Garvey, is a self-employed interior designer who has had a distinguished career in new home marketing. Lynn's services are important to my clients too, particularly for staging client's homes and businesses for photography and open houses.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors as the Gloucester County YMCA's representative at the Y Camps of Medford. I also serve as the Vice President of Woodbury Little League softball division and belong to several other local civic organizations
