My market strategies include recent home sales and website tracking, MLS property exposure to the entire brokerage community and prospective buyers, custom property flyers and feature sheets.

I strongly believe in open houses for exposure with client’s busy work schedules that gives them an opportunity to bring their families. I negotiate the purchase contract, work with attorneys, oversee all inspections and handle all necessary paperwork from start to close.
