As Manager of the Pascack Valley Regional Office, Hillsdale. I lead by example and with positive energy. I assist my agents step-by-step in maximizing success for themselves and their clients. I provide an atmosphere which encourages my agents to continue to be professional, knowledgable, and informative to their clients. As manager/coach it allows me to share my knowledge of real estate sales, techonolgy and maketing techniques to my sales associates who are professional and skilled in the real estate industry.
