Charlie has a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers make informed, sound decisions, whether representing multi-family properties, condos, or co-ops. This passion has not only fueled his success but has also earned him a loyal clientele, many of whom trust him to manage their new construction condominiums and rental properties. Prior to real estate, Charlie spent 14 years as a union laborer, holding roles from foreman to shop steward, gaining invaluable experience in construction and project management. He also ran a family food business in Long Beach, NY, for five years—experiences that shaped his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Born and raised in Long Island City, Charlie now calls the Upper East Side home. A passionate traveler, he has visited over 50 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and North America, yet nothing compares to the energy, diversity, and character of New York City. Beyond his dedication to real estate, Charlie has been a longtime supporter of education and community initiatives and a proud sponsor of Children International for 30 years. As part of his commitment to giving back, he has also helped build learning facilities in various countries, furthering education and opportunities for children in underserved communities.

Despite his rich and varied life experiences, Charlie says that nothing brings him more joy than being a dad.
