Business Philosophy
Finding a home is a process that takes time and cannot be rushed and as your real estate agent, that's exactly what I'm prepared to do for you. I'll spend as much time as is needed meeting, discussing and listening to your wants and needs before I begin searching for your dream home. I will always be available, night or day, to address any questions or concerns you may have about the real estate process. I will always email listings of homes that may be of interest prior to showing them. As not to waste your precious time, I will never show you a home without your approval.

Education and Past Work Experience

I received my B.A. in Communications & Media Studies from Fordham University in New York City, graduating in May 2002. After completing my undergraduate degree, I pursued an M.A. in Visual & Media Arts at Emerson College in Boston, MA, graduating in May 2004. After graduating Emerson, I was hired by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in New York City, where I worked in the Judging Department for the International Emmy Awards. In addition to processing all of the individual entries for the Emmy Awards, I trained and supervised interns, in addition to serving as the Head Video Technician for the Academy in office, as well as at their galas and festivals.

I next went to work for a veterinary practice in Fairfield, New Jersey - Animal Emergency & Referral Associates, where I was hired as the Technology & Media Coordinator. While I was in charge of managing and hiring Information Technology staff and overseeing the hospital-wide computer and information network, I was also given creative freedom and commissioned to create several videos highlighting various doctors, departments, procedures and continuing education programs.

Drawing on my experience from Animal Emergency & Referral Associates, I was then hired by Klox, a mobile technology software company for iPhone and Android in Mendham, NJ. Klox creates a paperless workflow for those who are active in the industries of contracting, plumbing, HVAC, etc. At Klox, I wrote complete help documentation for the app's web and mobile interface and performed thorough QA testing of the app's web and mobile interface. Continuing to draw on my degrees, as well as what I had done at Animal Emergency & Referral Associates, I created and edited a full library of "How To" and demo videos for the app's web and mobile interface.

Areas of Expertise

I earned my Rental Certification through Coldwell Banker, which gives me a keen understanding of the rental process and allows me to better represent any clients, whether they be tenants or landlords.

I'm also a professional photographer and videographer/cinematographer. In addition to directing short films of my own, I've shot 15 short films, on both film and digital mediums, for students at NYU, Columbia, the New York Film Academy and the School of Visual Arts.

As a photographer, I have been published both online and in print within the USA, as well as in Germany, England, Japan and Holland. As a professional photographer, I'm able to produce images that show homes in their best light.

Personal Background
In addition to being a photographer and a real estate agent, I'm also a father of two girls. While not spending time with my family, I enjoy swimming, running and cycling. I've also traveled extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. As a child, I learned the clarinet and saxophone and still keep up with both those instruments to this day.

Communities I Serve

I've been a lifelong resident of Madison and have attended elementary, middle and high school in Madison. In addition to knowing Madison, I also know the surrounding areas, in terms of schools, businesses and recreational activities, both within and outside of Morris County. Having lived in New York City, Boston and Los Angeles for my schooling, I can provide unique guidance and helpful insight for those who are considering a move from a large city to a suburban area.

No matter where your real estate needs are, I have connections throughout the country and can help refer you to the right agent.
