Education

• After earning an MBA in finance and Investments from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, Nancy had extensive business experience in Wall Street investment banking companies, where she analyzed and valued securities investments of public and privately held companies for corporate and institutional clients. After a successful career in securities investments, when others her age were planning retirement, Nancy enrolled in Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute, where she completed a two year program specializing in real estate studies.

• Nancy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors, Monmouth County Association of Realtors and the Monmouth/Ocean FLEX MLS. She also belongs to the New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA), and is a Level III candidate for the CFA.

Community Involvement
· Nancy has resided in Warren, NJ in Somerset County since 2000 and in Mantoloking, NJ in the Monmouth/Ocean County area since 1982.

Personal Background
· Born in New York City, Nancy moved to Bergen County, NJ as a young child and attended public schools there. She attended and graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Convent Station, NJ. Soon thereafter she moved to NYC, where she had a career in securities investments for twenty-five years. She returned to NJ in the ‘90’s and continued building her expertise in finance and investments, eventually specializing in real estate investments. Nancy is single and devoted to her pet Shih Tzu, Sadie, a rescue she and her sister adopted from Saint Hubert’s Giralda in Madison, NJ.
