With a real estate career that spans decades, Crystal McDaniel brings a powerful blend of experience, education, and heartfelt service to every client she serves. Beginning her real estate journey in 1986, Crystal worked in the industry through 2000 and later returned in 2016 with an even deeper commitment to helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. Her introduction to real estate came through the Vice President at First Fidelity Bank in Newark, New Jersey — a pivotal relationship that sparked her passion for homeownership, financial empowerment, and community service.

Crystal’s professional approach is rooted in her extensive background in business, finance, and ministry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, an MBA, a Ph.D. in Philosophy, and is a Licensed and Certified Chaplain. Across her career, she has focused on utilizing creative financing strategies and real estate knowledge to help individuals and families secure their future, often at a fraction of the expected cost. Her clients value her rare combination of professionalism, resourcefulness, and compassion.

Beyond her work with Coldwell Banker Realty, Crystal is deeply engaged in education and community service. She teaches entrepreneurship through a global Christian ministry, providing instruction in business formation, funding, and creative real estate strategies such as tax liens and foreclosures. Through this program, she has guided more than 50 adult students toward building sustainable financial futures. As an ordained chaplain and minister, Crystal also devotes her time to teaching, giving, and uplifting individuals in need.

Crystal is the proud mother of three exceptional, accomplished children who remain her greatest joy and achievement. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, traveling, swimming, and spending meaningful time with her family and friends.
