Imani McClendon-Arcenaux is a licensed real estate professional with over six years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families across North Jersey. A homeowner, investor, and landlord herself, Imani brings both professional expertise and personal insight to every transaction.

A North Jersey native, Imani’s passion for real estate was instilled in her by her grandparents and deepened through her own first property purchase. Navigating that transaction revealed how powerful knowledge and preparation can be in reducing stress and building long-term wealth. Inspired by that experience, she obtained her real estate license with a clear mission: to educate, advocate, and create equitable access to homeownership and investment opportunities.

Imani is especially committed to helping clients build generational wealth while preserving family legacies. She is known for her strategic guidance, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering client advocacy. Her approach combines market expertise, data-driven analysis, and clear communication to ensure her clients feel confident and empowered at every stage of the process.

Prior to real estate, Imani built a successful career spanning technology, human resources, sales, pharmaceuticals, and corporate social responsibility, with experience at major global organizations. Her background in market research, analytics, marketing strategy, and fundraising equips her with a sharp analytical lens and a comprehensive understanding of market trends.

Imani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Spelman College and her Master of Communication and Media, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, with a concentration in Corporate Social Impact. Beyond real estate, she is deeply committed to community service through volunteering at her local hospital and assisting elderly individuals at long-term care facilities.

Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, traveling and spending quality time with family, friends and her dogs.
