Imani McClendon is a Homeowner, Philanthropist, Investor, Landlord and North Jersey native. Although she wears many hats she has always held a strong passion for real estate, which was instilled in her through her grandmother. Post her first property transaction, she realized how much more she should have been aware of prior to closing and how much stress could have been alleviated if she was more knowledgeable. Thus, Imani pursued obtaining her RE license to educate those in the market. She is passionate about education, access, and equality. Imani strongly advocates for her clients, values their trust and always strives to exceed their expectations.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Imani was in tech finance covering various market sectors and pharmaceutical sales. She is an analytical and critical thinker with years of experience in market research data, data analytics, marketing, and fundraising.

Imani graduated Magna Cum Laude from Spelman College with a B.A. in Economics. Recently, she received her Master of Communication and Media degree from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, specializing in Corporate Social Impact. She supports numerous local organizations and charities—including Joi’s Angels, Hillside Community Food Bank, and the Make A Wish Foundation.

Currently, Imani resides in Union County with her Havanese dog, Wesley. When not working she enjoys working out, taking long walks with her dog or spending time with family/friends laughing and dancing.
