Kiara "KiKi" Smith

Kiara A. Smith is a dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Realty who is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life's most important decisions: finding a place to call home. Beginning her real estate career in August 2026, Kiara was drawn to the industry because it combines her natural ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and provide meaningful guidance throughout the home buying and selling process.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Kiara brings a strong business foundation, exceptional communication skills, and a client-focused approach to every interaction. Her interest in real estate was initially inspired by what she observed through the media; but it was witnessing a real estate transaction firsthand that solidified her desire to pursue a career - where she could be both a trusted resource and a supportive advocate for her clients.

As she builds her business, Kiara remains actively engaged in the real estate community through prospecting, attending open houses, and expanding her expertise using local MLS resources. Beyond real estate, she is committed to serving her community through her church, where she participates in a variety of events and outreach activities.

Kiara is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership and guiding clients through each step of the process with professionalism, integrity, and care. She values the opportunity to meet new people, explore the communities she serves, and create lasting relationships built on trust.

Whether you are purchasing your first home, exploring new opportunities, or preparing for your next move, Kiara is committed to delivering a personalized experience and exceptional service every step of the way.
