Michael Pennisi

Michael Pennisi is a nationally recognized real estate leader, investor, speaker, and coach. He currently serves as a Regional Vice President at Coldwell Banker, where he leads an award-winning team of over 700 agents and has helped oversee billions of dollars in closed sales. Known for his integrity, strategic thinking, and agent-first approach, Michael has spent the past two decades helping others grow—whether they’re buying, selling, investing, or building a career in real estate.

Michael was named to the National Association of Realtors’ prestigious 30 Under 30 list, and his work has been featured on Good Morning America, in The New York Times, and other major outlets. As a national keynote speaker, he regularly presents on topics like real estate strategy, negotiation, brokerage growth, and leadership. His expertise in negotiation is backed by executive training at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, and he holds a degree in International Economics from Seton Hall University.

Michael is also the founder of Innspired Hospitality, a growing real estate investment and boutique lodging brand with properties across the Jersey Shore and the Adirondacks. His portfolio includes bed-and-breakfasts, luxury vacation rentals, single-family investments, flips, and a working farm.

In addition to brokerage and investment, Michael is the host of Growth Mastermind—a live event series for real estate professionals and entrepreneurs focused on growth, innovation, and leadership in a rapidly changing industry. He also previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of Adjustment in his hometown, deepening his expertise in zoning, land use, and development strategy.

Outside of his professional life, Michael is a proud husband and girl dad to four incredible daughters. He’s completed five NYC Marathons, raising thousands of dollars for pancreatic cancer research in honor of a close friend, and continues to bring that same dedication and endurance into every facet of his work.
