Royce Blackwell is a New Jersey native, Royce attended both CCM and Rutgers-Newark, playing basketball for both and receiving a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers. His favorite sports team is the San Francisco 49ers.  He loves to travel and seek adventure.  Assisting people is one of his many gifts and he is a firm believer in the principle of TEAM.
