Welcome to Hetal’s Real Estate World with Coldwell Banker Realty. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, I moved to the United States in 2000 to pursue higher education. I completed my Bachelor's in Computer Science at Delaware State University, followed by a Master’s in Computer Science at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

My real estate journey began in 2017, when I started investing in real estate, specifically in the fix-and-flip industry. Over the years, I successfully expanded my portfolio by acquiring rental properties and managing them as a landlord. This hands-on experience gave me the foundation to transition into residential real estate, where I now focus on helping people buy and sell homes.

I specialize in the Central NJ area, particularly Middlesex County in towns like Woodbridge, Metuchen, Edison, and Iselin. As a current resident of Iselin for over 12 years, I’ve built a deep knowledge of the local market. My goal as a real estate agent is to empower my clients by providing expert guidance and personalized service, making the process as smooth and successful as possible. I value relationships based on trust and mutual success.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud husband and father of two, with a passion for entrepreneurship and a love for sports—especially Philadelphia teams! I enjoy attending games with my son and, when I get the chance, traveling to sunny beach destinations. I’ve never been a fan of cold weather! I have also coached my son’s travel soccer team.
