Originally licensed in New York at the age of 18. Charlotte owned her own Real Estate Agency for 10 years in Middletown. She is a broker/sales associate who is following in the foot steps of her little tycoon mother who enjoyed a superb reputation in Great Neck New York for over 65 years as a realtor.

Charlotte is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club for achieving ten years or more membership in the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club. She has been a member every year since 1978 earning the prestigious Gold Level in 1979 and 2001 and 2004, Silver Level in 1986-1988, 1992, 1994-2000, 2003 and Bronze Level in 1989-1991, 1993, 2001-2002, 2005-2008

She is also a recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Quarter Century Club Award in recognition of 25 years or more as a realtor member.

She also is a recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Club Middletown award in 2009 in recognition of exceptional performance in 2009.

Accomplishments
To name a few, Charlotte enjoyed an extraordinarily successful 1996 when she earned a seat on the elite Burgdorff President's Council, an honor reserved for only the top fifteen sales associates out of more than 600 in the company. She also had the most closed units and highest closed dollar volume for the Middletown Office. In 2001 Charlotte had another outstanding year and was recognized for her achievements at an awards ceremony in Hawaii where she earned membership in Coldwell Banker's President's Elite, an award reserved for the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates nationwide.

Personal Background
Charlotte has three wonderful children who have blessed her with 6 grandchildren. A 25 year resident of Middletown, Charlotte presently lives in Red Bank in a 1920's Dutch Colonial. When she is not working, which is rare, you might find her walking through Red Bank combing the beach for shells or listening to good music.

Having lived in Monmouth County for over 30 years, Charlotte is very familiar with many towns. Her primary areas include Middletown, Red Bank, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Rumson, Shrewsbury, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Long Branch, Hazlet and Aberdeen.
