For more than 26 years, I have provided top level, personal, one-on-one service in a vast array of real estate transactions from selling out new home construction collections in Somerset, Morris and Essex, Ocean, Monmouth and Bergen. Counties to listing individual homes to leasing up apartment complexes and sellout sub divisions . All of this was in healthy and challenging markets. I take pride in my abilities to research and stay on top of market trends to properly position and sell properties. I possess excellent planning, communication and negotiation skills and rely on my innate talents to problem solve for the best interest of my clients. There is always a solution and I strive hard to make it happen.
