Ms. Raushi has been in Real Estate and for over 30 years as well as a Banking Executive.

She was the President Director for a $20 billion dollar bank owned by a Fortune 500 Company. She held Senior Private Banking positions at PNC Bank, Mellon Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Bank and has been involved in De Novo (new) Banks as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Ms. Raushi worked for the law firm of Shearman Sterling in New York City for William Rockefeller and Henry Ziegler (Steinway family).

Ms. Raushi has been a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Realtor/Investor/Professional for many years and a prior owner of a Property Management Company.

She has a MBA in Finance and a BA in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is on the Advisory Board for FDU’s Wroxton College in England. She went to Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Ms. Raushi is a fundraiser for many charities and was nominated by Leading Women Entrepreneurs in 2013.

She has a high performing and creative track record to get deals done through her expertise in Real Estate (both residential and commercial – including 1031 Exchanges), Banking, Marketing, Law and Negotiations. In this respect she can find you the perfect home/building in addition to a mortgage company, attorney, and inspectors.

She grew up in Basking Ridge and has lived in Chester, Long Valley, Bedminster, Pennington, Warren and Morristown.

She enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading, golf, horses and her four dogs.
