Ann Ewell

Ann Ewell, along with Melinda Cronk, are one of the most well-known and successful real estate teams in Northwest Bergen County. Together they have closed more than 200 transactions and $200 million in volume. They offer a compelling array of skills to their real estate clients, including deep knowledge of the local communities, a solid financial services background, and sophisticated negotiation skills. Their clients often comment on the level of exceptional service they provide, and their strong integrity. In 2017, they moved to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in order to provide clients with greater market exposure and access to the most advanced technology.

Ann received her real estate license in 1999, when she joined Tarvin Realtors in Ridgewood and went on to become a perennial top producer, including Salesperson of the Year in 2009. She holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and is a recipient of the National Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Silver Award. She has been honored for the seventh consecutive year by New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of its Five Star Real Estate Agents.

Born and raised in Ridgewood, Ann currently resides in Ho-Ho-Kus with her husband, Todd, and their three children: Jack, a recent graduate of Villanova University; Katelyn, a freshman at Miami University of Ohio; and T.J., a freshman at Northern Highlands Regional High School.

A graduate of Ridgewood High School and the University of Vermont, Ann went on to serve as a senior meeting manager for both KPMG and Amoco Corporation.

Ann volunteers with the Ho-Ho-Kus Public School and Northern Highlands Regional High School. She is also a parishioner of St. Gabriel's Church in Saddle River.
