Kevin Pattermann is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in commercial property and aviation operations. With a career rooted in strategic management, lease negotiations, and operational excellence, Kevin has consistently driven performance and elevated service standards across multiple roles at Jet Aviation, including Director/General Manager of its busiest Fixed Base Operation in Teterboro.

His expertise spans financial oversight, team development, crisis management, and client relationship building. Kevin holds certifications in business aviation leadership, commercial building systems, and emergency management, and is a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin has lived in Emerson, NJ for the past 20 years with his wife, Tara. Together, they’ve raised six children, building a life grounded in family, community, and integrity.
