Story

Sonia and her husband Marcus, have lived in Ridgewood for 21 years, and raised two daughters through the Ridgewood Public School system. Previously, Sonia worked in various health care settings for children and their families in North Carolina and DC. Including a position as a clinical instructor, and Co-Owner of a health care business. She has also worked part time as a substitute nurse in the Glen Rock Public School system.

More About Me

Both of my parents are immigrants. They became naturalized citizens and raised 6 children all professionals and productive US citizens. They however, had many obstacles to overcome in this country, and one hurdle/ challenge was in housing. One of the things my father felt strongly about was teaching people the value of homeownership. That is something I also feel passionate about, and believe in helping others achieve that goal.

Bergen, Passaic, and Essex County.

There are many moving parts to buying and selling homes. Often many that can not be controlled, but I do believe my experience and market knowledge helps me prepare clients for the process. I have lived in Bergen county for 20 plus years, over half that time as a real estate professional, and experienced great community activities, but I have also spent considerable time in parts of Passaic and Essex counties. This has helped me suggest other towns for clients that may be searching for lower taxes or other community experiences.
