Martha "Marty" Ziemba

Middlesex and Somerset Counties are vibrant communities, making them an ideal place to live and work—just ask Martha "Marty" Ziemba, who has called this area home for decades. With deep roots in Piscataway and a Real Estate licensee since 1983, Marty transitioned into Real Estate after a successful career in hospitality, where she honed her exceptional people skills. In 2006, she earned her broker's license and went on to manage the Golden Key Realty office in Piscataway, quickly discovering her true passion for helping clients navigate the Real Estate market.

In 2023, Marty joined the Coldwell Banker Realty family, where her dedication extends beyond simply finding homes for families. She has been an active leader in the real estate community, serving on the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS, as past president of the Middlesex County Women's Council of REALTORS, and as a board member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America). Marty also enjoys engaging in local community events.

Outside of work, Marty finds joy in gardening and caring for her beloved rescue cats—Lucky, Sarah, Pia, Cyclone, and Goldie. Whether in her garden or volunteering, her passion for life shines through in everything she does.
