Nicholas Braco

Nick Braco is a Real Estate Sales Consultant for Coldwell Banker. He has been in the real estate development and residential building industry for 35 years, specializing in land acquisitions, design, planning and the complicated NJ approval process. He has spent most of his career as a self-employed real estate developer, and was directly responsible for managing projects totaling well over 3,000 residential units as well as office buildings, flex and self-storage facilities in Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris and Middlesex Counties in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.

Education and Training: Graduate of Rutgers University. Licensed New Jersey Landscape Architect, Professional Planner and Tree Expert. Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for over 30 years as well as a Licensed Title Producer.
