Omar Diaz is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of workplace experience. His passion for helping people started at a young age and, since then, he has honed his craft through his formal education and practical experience.

Omar graduated from Rutgers University – Newark in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Urban Education and obtained his teacher’s high school certification through the Urban Teacher Education Program (UTEP). In 2015, he earned his Executive Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers, School of Public Affairs and Administration, with a 4.0 GPA, with a concentration in Performance Management. This helped him obtain foundations in leadership and communication skills that brings him unique insight into how to market properties, protect the client, and negotiate the best deal for all of his transactions.

When he is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and has a strong commitment to challenge himself to learn or discover new things. Omar is a father of three incredible children and they are the source of his greatest joy and inspiration.
