I have lived with my husband and two kids in Westfield for 16 years.  We relocated from Manhattan to raise our family in this wonderful community.  I know the neighborhoods, schools, recreation, social and community options within Westfield and the surrounding towns, such as Scotch Plains, Mountainside, Garwood, Cranford, Summit and Berkeley Heights.   Through personal experience with my kids, I have in depth knowledge of youth sports including the Westfield Soccer Association, both the boys and girls travel lacrosse programs, the Westfield Basketball Association and youth hockey options.  Because of my deep love for my community and town where my kids grew up, I believe in giving back.  I served as PTO President at Franklin Elementary School, Roosevelt Intermediate School, and just finished up my term on the Westfield High School PTO.  I spent seven years as a Commissioner with the Westfield Recreation dept, serving on both the Finance and Parks and Fields committees.  I chaired multiple committees on the Mt. St. Mary Academy PTO.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors at the Westfield Outdoor Tennis club and I am a member of the College Women’s Club of Westfield.  I also volunteer at the St. Joseph Social Services center in Elizabeth.
