Meet Juliana

Juliana has been in the Real Estate business since 2012 and quickly launched a promising career. The two main components of her business approach are educating her clients about the market and providing support from the beginning to the end of a transaction.

Juliana studied psychology at the College of New Jersey and worked at an out patient treatment center for over two years before becoming a Realtor. Her background has given her the experience to assess her client's needs and coach them through the home buying and selling process.

Juliana Sullivan has achieved great success over the years and earned the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award at the Bronze Level for 2012 and 2013 and the Silver Level for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 and Gold Level in 2018. These are prestigious awards reflecting her success in the Real Estate industry. In 2016 and 2017, Juliana was the number one Realtor in Midland Park according to NJMLS sales data.
