As a owner/operator I managed Bz Construction and Son, Inc., as CFO 1995-2005, where I handled.
asset development and management. I was responsible to track all cash flow and financial planning as well as analyze the strengths and weaknesses in order to propose and implement corrective actions. As a main contractor, my firm managed a skilled work force of 27 crew members who served residential and commercial development until 2005 when the business was closed due to a life event of the General Contractor.

Real estate a passion I have always loved was the path I choose to take and never looked back.
