For over 32 years Alan Scearce has been an innovative leader in the real estate industry where he has served in senior leadership positions with some of the most prestigious companies in residential real estate. It is because of his experience in developing and managing leadership teams, implementing innovative strategies, creating distinctive operational systems, and delivering effective training that Alan is widely known as one of the real estate industry’s highly respected leaders.
As the Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker in the San Francisco Peninsula, Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay regions, Alan supports at team of 1,600 Professional REALTORS® in 20 office locations.
Throughout his career, Alan has developed highly effective leadership teams and passionately supported thousands of real estate professionals to deliver exceptional customer service. Alan continues to build leaders and inspire agents in his own confident and compassionate way with a goal to help them achieve their highest aspirations.
Alan has most recently served as the Vice President of Residential Real Estate at Chase International, the leading Real Estate company on the Reno/Lake Tahoe market. He has also served as the General Sales Manager at Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, COO at Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale, President of Prudential California Realty of the Central Valley/North Bay and as Senior Vice President at John L. Scott.
