We love this building, so much so that one of our team members lived here for many years. The building houses few lofts, all found on the second floor of the 2 story building. Each loft is defined by exposed piping, steel beams, tall ceiling height (about 12ft), skylights, new flooring, modern kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, and new bathrooms with deep soaking tubs. The living space is easily large enough for a dining table, small work area, and a large livingroom set up...comfortably. Also included is a laundry room and shared rooftop. This particular unit faces North 11th Street and also offers an in-unit storage space that is quite large. Brooklyn living cant get much better then this. This building stands on the corner of N11th Street and Driggs Avenue, 1 block away from McCarren Parks dog run (yes we are pet friendly), 3 blocks away from the Bedford L and steps away from an endless supply of outstanding restaurants, boutique shops, and venues. The East River Park and Ferry are also just about 5 minutes away on foot.
