William Yau

William was born and raised in New Jersey. He's an alumnus of Rutgers with a degree in communications. He moved to New York to pursue a career in advertising and media, where he worked with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the financial, travel, retail, and e-commerce industries, negotiating multi-million dollar media investments on their behalf.

After purchasing his first real estate investment property, William found that he had developed a passion for the industry. His first-hand experience with the process of purchasing and renting in NYC gave William a strong knowledge of the complexities and rewards that come with finding a new home. He uses this knowledge to assist his clients who are looking for a new home. William values serving his clients and building long-term relationships. He is knowledgeable in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens in co-op, condo, single and multi-family homes.
