Mackenzie Dawson

Mackenzie Dawson is a New York–based real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty who’s known for clear communication, strong client relationships, and a genuine passion for helping people find a home they love. She launched her real estate career in 2026, drawn to the opportunity to guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease.

Before real estate, Mackenzie spent 20 years in New York City media, leading editorial teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Most recently, she was Books Editor at the New York Post, where she honed the skills she now brings to her clients—sharp attention to detail, thoughtful guidance, and the ability to make complex information easy to understand.

A graduate of Colby College with a Master’s in Journalism from NYU, Mackenzie combines strong research skills with a calm, strategic approach to every transaction. She’s committed to learning the market inside and out and making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Mackenzie has been active in her local community, including serving on the Philipse Manor Improvement Association and contributing to historic preservation efforts at the Philipse Manor train station.

She’s driven by a simple goal: to help clients feel informed, supported, and excited every step of the way. Backed by the resources of Coldwell Banker Realty, she’s focused on delivering a seamless, personalized experience.

Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys traveling, reading, and walks along the Hudson River.
