The bedrooms are similarly attractive and spacious. The bath was updated not long ago, and is of good proportions. The basement is full; contains the clothes washer and dryer, oil fired furnace and propane fired hat water heater. There is a Bilco exterior entrance also. The sizable lawn provides plenty of room for many exterior activities. All in all, a very attractive, very straightforward, easily manageable living unit. Please note, the kitchen does not have a built-in dishwasher.
