Abigail Godfrey

Abigail Godfrey brings a dynamic blend of strategy, empathy, and creative intuition to every real estate interaction. Her client-first philosophy combines insight, intuition, and a tailored approach that consistently exceeds expectations for sellers and buyers alike.

Abigail’s work was introduced to a global audience through her appearance on Netflix’s Selling the City, expanding her visibility and deepening her client base. The platform helped broaden her network and grow her book of business, which she’s now proud to bring to Coldwell Banker Warburg, working alongside the Asset Advisory Team.

A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Abigail began her career studying consumer psychology and leading research on stimulatory behavior in children with Autism. She met her husband, Patrick, at Clemson, where he helped lead the football team to two National Championships, four ACC Championships, and three bowl game victories.

Together, they co-run the Elite V (“Five”) Football Showcase through the About U Outreach organization, providing college recruitment opportunities to underrepresented high school athletes from across the five boroughs. 

In their free time, the couple enjoys learning Italian, playing Yahtzee, and traveling the world together. They currently live in Manhattan with their Cavapoo, Lady.
