Kate’s extensive experience at the highest levels of real estate provide her with unique abilities to advise her clients that few other brokers possess. As a graduate of the Princeton University School of Architecture, Kate holds an unparalleled expertise in the complexities of the market and the product type. In addition to architectural expertise, Kate has extensive work experience in real estate development and construction estimating and management, and is skilled at analyzing a property from an investment or commercial perspective in addition to residential. Kate’s former work experience includes managing the design assist of a Renzo Piano Building Workshop residential condo in Soho and Kate can advise on landmarks, zoning, construction, and architectural aspects of a deal. In addition to coops and condos, Kate holds a particular expertise in townhouses, and maintains a network of skilled contractors, attorneys, lenders, and designers.

A native New Yorker, Kate has been immersed in New York City real estate since childhood when she often assisted her father who was an architect and later a real estate developer. She grew up on the Upper East Side and Morningside Heights and attended the Brearley School for 13 years. In addition to Princeton University, Kate graduated from Dartmouth College and received a Masters degree from The London School of Economics.

Kate and her husband (a Principal at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill) live in a Carnegie Hill coop which they recently renovated, with their 7 year old daughter who attends one of the Upper East Side private girls’ schools.
