With a Bachelor of Architecture degree and an eye for opportunity and value, Jay Levy is a real estate professional with experience across the Miami and New York City markets for over four decades. He has built his business on representing sellers and buyers, and successfully closing millions of dollars of sales across single family homes, condominiums, multi-family and commercial properties.

Jay has a roster of clients and colleagues in both development and the art world, since his experience with lofts, warehouses and large living spaces welcomes opportunity to provide a “wow” factor in varied properties.

He earned an Architecture Degree from Pratt Institute and was a principal in a real estate design, development & sales firm in New York City for two decades. In this role he pioneered the proliferation of “Loft Living” in neighborhoods such as Tribeca, Soho, Noho, Chelsea & the Flatiron District. As a Broker Associate in Miami, along with his wife Claudia, a Florida Realtor, he has been active in the renaissance of Miami & Miami Beach, including the neighborhoods of South Beach, Wynwood, Little Haiti, Little River & the Biscayne & 7th Avenue Corridors.
