Kayla Kilincoglu

Kayla brings a strong understanding of the New York City real estate market, combining academic expertise with hands-on industry experience. Currently studying at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where she focuses on real estate law and development, she approaches each transaction with a thoughtful understanding of both the financial and legal dynamics of the industry.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Kayla gained experience through real estate internships where she conducted market research, analyzed property values, and supported residential transactions. These experiences gave her early exposure to the pace and precision required to succeed in Manhattan’s highly competitive market.

Kayla works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Manhattan and is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. She is committed to providing strategic guidance and ensuring that every client feels informed and confident throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Kayla enjoys staying active, spending time working out, and exploring New York City’s neighborhoods, restaurants, and cultural offerings.
