With an elevated eye for fine art and design, Kwesi Kwarteng joins Coldwell Banker Warburg’s Alan Louie team as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Originally from Ghana, Kwesi came to New York at the age of 19. Kwesi works with the understanding that each client, be it a buyer or seller, renter or landlord, is unique. With this approach, coupled with extensive market knowledge, he is able to carve out the necessary education and services needed for a satisfying agent-client experience.

He leads the coordination and execution of sales for the team, while bringing people from all backgrounds together to mix and mingle. He has led clients through many notable properties including the Steiner Building (438 East 12th Street), 242 Broome, 130 William, 15 Hudson Yards, and more. Specializing in Sales and Rentals in the Downtown and Midtown areas, Kwesi considers himself a New York concierge. Outside of real estate, Kwesi plays soccer, explores the city’s diverse neighborhoods, is a travel enthusiast, and scouts the latest artist and collectors gallery shows.
